Refund policy


General Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date as indicated on your shipping confirmation.
  • Oxygen concentrators are returnable but will incur a 35% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items: 

  • All personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Oxygen-related products, except for regulators and unused oxygen canisters, are non-returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please submit your return in our online Returns Center.
  • Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • The product must be shipped back and received by VetMed Solutions within 14 days of the RA number being issued.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Custom Orders

  • Non-returnable once production has started working on the order. Please contact us directly prior to purchasing a custom item if you have any questions or concerns.

1. How do I initiate a return?

Please submit a return request and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

2. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges as it's easier to consider each transaction separately. If you prefer another size or color, you may order that style and submit a return request for the unwanted product. 

3. Are shipping costs refundable?

We do not offer refunds for shipping as courier delays are out of our control.

4. How much time do I have to return a purchase?

Eligible products may be returned within the first 30 days from the date of the return request.
