Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states including Puerto Rico. For Canadian customers, please visit our Canadian website: www.vetmedsolutions.ca. For international shipments, please contact us with your address and product(s) you are looking to purchase for a shipping quote.

Standard Shipping 
We have free shipping for all orders above $150. Orders below $50 have a flat shipping rate of $6.95. Orders between $50 -$150 have a flat shipping rate of $9.95. All shipments are insured with tracking.

For Alaska and Hawaii, orders below $50 have a flat shipping rate of $9.95. Orders between $50 - $250 have a flat shipping rate of $14.95. Orders above $250 have free shipping. 

Express Shipping 
Orders placed by 1:00pm EST will ship the same day providing the item is in stock and will arrive within 1 - 2 business days. The majority of packages will arrive the next business day by noon. Public holidays are not considered business days and shipments will arrive the following business day.

Standard Delivery Times
Our standard order processing time is 1 business day. Orders will arrive within 3 - 5 business days. All orders have tracking and it may take couriers up to 48 hours to display tracking information.
